This significantly improved efficiency and coherence across our product suite. Furthermore, I played a key role in educating and collaborating closely with stakeholders and developers, advocating for and implementing user-centered design principles. This collaboration not only streamlined our development process but also resulted in more intuitive and user-friendly products.
Now the Validate has become a flagship product, garnering widespread adoption by prominent firms globally, including BDO, PKF, RSM, and Grant Thornton. This innovative tool has not only received an overwhelmingly positive response from its users but has also achieved an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of over +45, reflecting its high customer satisfaction and strong recommendation likelihood.
